| 摘 要： | 艾滋病腹泻因其病因病机复杂,症状多样化,反复迁延,并有潜在致死性,仍然是目前医学界的一大难题。中医近年通过临床实践,总结其病机关键是脾虚湿盛,病位在肠,并与肺脾肾有关。证候有湿邪困脾、肺脾气虚、脾胃虚弱、脾肾阳虚等。治疗主以辨证用药,亦有结合成药验方、艾灸治疗、心理调护等。开展疗效评价,为完善系统的艾滋病腹泻中医诊治体系奠定了基础。综述了近10年艾滋病腹泻中医临床研究概况。 |
