| 摘 要： | 目的:研究Graves病患者情绪特征及情绪交织规律。方法:调查山东省3家三级甲等医院门诊581例Graves病患者,以及同时期济南市机床二厂800名职工,进行病例对照研究,采用logistic回归、因子分析进行统计。结果:愤怒、郁怒、忧郁、紧张、担忧、焦虑等6种负性情绪对Graves病发病贡献度较大;各种致病情绪之间相互交织,具有内在联系,可以分为三类。结论:研究为临床心理干预提供参考。
