| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柔肝泻脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者血管内皮功能异常的作用。方法:选择明确诊断肝肾阴虚、痰瘀交阻的NAFLD合并血管内皮异常患者60例,随机分为两组,柔肝泻脂方组与血脂康组各30例。服药3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组明显提高血清一氧化氮(NO)、前列腺素(PGF1),下调内皮素(ET)、血栓素(TXB2),与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论:柔肝泻脂方具有改善NAFLD患者血管内皮功能的作用,且疗效优于血脂康。 |
