葛根素注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足对照研究

[目的]观察葛根素注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效。[方法]将56例分为两组,对照组28例丹参注射液静滴1次/d,治疗组28例葛根素注射液静滴1次/d。观察血液流变学指标、脑血流速度及临床症状改善。均2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程(14d)判定疗效。[结果]血液流变学指标治疗组均显著改善,对照组改善不明显。治疗组VBI、VM明显增快,脑血流速度均有不同程度改变,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]葛根素能扩张脑血管、增加脑血流量、增强脑部供氧量、减轻因缺血、缺氧所造成的脑功能损伤,对防止缺血性脑血管疾病的发生及进展具有较好的疗效。

Effect of Puerarin Injection in the Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Comparative Study

[Objective] To observe the effect of puerarin injection in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency clinical.[Methods] The use of random parallel control method,56 patients were divided into two groups,control group 28 cases of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenous infusion of 1 / day,28 cases in the treatment group of puerarin injection intravenous infusion of 1 / day.Observation of blood rheology,cerebral blood flow velocity and the clinical symptom improvement.All 2 week 1 treatment courses,1 courses of treatment(14 days) to judge the curative effect.[Results] Index of blood rheology of treatment group were improved significantly,the control group did not show obvious improvement.The treatment group,VBI VM was significantly faster,cerebral blood flow velocity in varying degrees of change,in treatment group than in control group(P< 0.05).Clinical efficacy of the treatment group is superior to control group.[Conclusion]Puerarin can dilate cerebral vessels,increase cerebral blood flow,enhance brain oxygen supply,reduce due to ischemia,hypoxia caused by brain damage,to prevent ischemic cerebrovascular disease occurrence and progression has better curative effect.
