| 摘 要： | 目的 建立青少年正畸患者在治疗中合作行为的问卷。方法 大连市正在用固定矫治器治疗的 9~15岁错患者 182例,男 78例,女 104例。以先期研究的 4个理论建构为框架,初步编制出 38项内容的问卷,进行信度、效度检验及项目分析、因子分析,最终得到患者合作行为的问卷。结果 问卷由 25个项目、4个因素构成。4个因素为自律性、消极反抗性、自觉主动性、人际关系,与理论构想的 4因素基本一致。信度相关系数>0 9,内部一致性效度α>0 7。结论 问卷可以作为建立“正畸医师评价的青少年错患者合作行为量表”的工具,并且能初步评价患者的合作状况。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a questionnaire to evaluate the cooperation of adolescent orthodontic patients.Methods 182 orthodontic patients(9 15 years old,78 boys and 104 girls) with fixed appliance were selected in Dalian.A questionnaire was developed according to the past research and 4 hypotheses.Results The scale is made up of 25 items and 4 factors.The reliability of this scale was confirmed(the reliability coefficient >0 9 and Cronbach alpha coefficient >0 7).Conclusion The questionnaire may be used to evaluate the cooperation of orthodontic patients. |
