| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨临床治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）有效方法。方法]治疗组33例采用刺五加注射液联合强的松；对照组39例采用强的松治疗。结果]治疗组显效9例（27．27％），良效10例（30．31％），有效11例（33．33％），无效3例（9．09％），总有效率90．91％；对照组显效9例（23．08％），良效11例（28．20％），有效7例（17．95％），无效12例（30．77％），总有效率69．23％。结论]刺五加注射液联合强的松治疗ITP疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss clinical effective method for Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP).Method] The treatment group 33 cases use Acanthopanex Injection and Prednisone;the control 39 cases only Prednisone.Result] In the treatment group,9 cases had marked effect(27.27%),10 good effect(30.30%),11 were effective(33.33%),3 had no effect(9.09%).The total effective rate was 90.91%;for the control group,they were 9(23.08%),11(28.20%),7(17.95%),12(30.77%)and 69.23% respectively.Conclusion] It has reliable effect to treat ITP with Acanthopanex Injection and Prednisone. |
