| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:将152例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组各76例,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:高压氧治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),且高压氧治疗时间越早,疗效越好。结论:高压氧可提高重型颅脑损伤治疗效果,减低伤残率及死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygenation for treatment of severe brain injury Method: The 152 cases of severe brain injury were randomly allocated to treatment group (76 cases), which was treated by hyperbaric oxygenation and general methods and control group (76 cases), which was treated by general methods Results: Comparing with control group, the effective power had statistical improve, rate were significant different between the two groups (P < 0 01), the sooner even hyperbaric oxygenation hour, the better curative effect There was a significance difference between treatment group and the control group Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygenation could increase the curative effect and reduce the disability rate and mortality of these patients |
