摘    要:目的:探讨不同海拔高度严重烧伤延迟复苏大鼠脑组织神经肽-Y(Neuropeptide-Y,NPY)变化及意义。方法:将240只雄性Wistar大鼠建立高原与兰州地区严重烧伤模型(TBSA30%,Ⅲ度),随机分为延迟复苏组和即时复苏组及正常对照组,应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测大鼠脑组织中NPY的表达。结果:NPY阳性表达主要分布在神经元细胞的胞浆中。高原地区各组间在伤后1~72 h差异显著(P<0.01)。高原地区各组与兰州地区相比较,NPY表达均减少。结论:NPY表达减少与高原严重烧伤延迟复苏脑损伤的发生有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between cerebral neuropeptide-Y(NPY) expression and cerebral injury in the severely burned rats with delayed fluid resuscitation at different altitudes.Methods: 240 male Wistar rats were used to establish the model of burn(TBSA 30%,grade 3) at high altitude and Lanzhou area,and were randomly divided into delayed fluid resuscitation group(DFR),immediately fluid resuscitation group(IFR) and the normal control group(NC).The expressions of NPY in cerebral tissues were observed by immunohistochemistry(SABC method).Results: The expression of NPY was found mainly in the cytoplasm of neuron.The significant difference was observed between HDFR and HIFR after 1h to 72h of burn.The NPY level at high altitude decreased significantly compared to that of Lanzhou area.Conclusion: The reduction of NPY level may aggravate the cerebral injury of burned rats at high altitudes.
