| 摘 要： | 目的分析海岛地区老年人健康状况和家庭护理服务需求的现状,为更好开展老年社区卫生服务提供依据。方法采用量表调查方式对1750名老年人的健康状况和家庭护理服务需求进行入户评估。结果海岛地区老年人慢性疾病患病率占前三位为高血压（29.3%）、冠心病（12.0%）、慢性胃炎（11.8%）,并伴有心理、认知异常,78%老年人有不同程度的家庭护理服务需求,其中41%的老年人有3项以上的服务需求。结论海岛地区老年人健康状况不容乐观,需进一步加强对老年人的社区卫生保健服务。
