局部腹腔内冲洗在腹腔镜阑尾手术中的应用

目的:探讨局部腹腔内冲洗在腹腔镜阑尾手术中的应用价值。方法:在腹腔镜阑尾手术中,将合并有腹腔内脓液的患者分为两组,A组为未冲洗组,B组为冲洗组。比较两组患者术后发热程度、并发寒战人数、抗生素应用天数及住院时间有无差异。结果:B组在术后发热程度、并发寒战的人数、抗生素应用天数及住院天数等均明显优于A组。结论:局部腹腔内冲洗在合并有腹腔脓液的阑尾手术中应用较未冲洗组效果优越。

The application of abdominal local rinse in laparoscopic appendectomy

Objective: To explore the effect of abdominal local rinse in the laparoscopic appendectomy (LA). Methods:82 appendicitis patients with abdominal pus treated by LA were divided into 2 groups. Group A was operated without abdominal rinse while group B rinsed by saline and metronidazole. The postoperated fever, chilling rate,use of antibiotics and inpatient time of the 2 groups were analysed. Results: Group B was significant superior to group A in the postoperated fever,chilling rate,use of antibiotics and inpatient time. Conclusions:The abdominal local rinse during LA is more effective for the appendicitis patients with pus.
