| 摘 要： | 观察了猪苓多糖联合乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎对患者血清ＨＢＶ标志的影响。治疗结束后半年，治疗组ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｃ，ＨＢｅＡｇ和ＰＨＳＡ－Ｒ的阴转率分别为６０％，０，２３．１％和１８．８％。抗－ＨＢｓ无１例阳转，无１例ＨＢＶ标志全部阴转者。对照组分别为３．９％，０，１９．３％和１６．３。亦无１例产生抗－ＨＢｓ。两组ＨＢＶ标志的转换率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明：猪苓多糖联合乙肝疫苗对清除和抑制ＨＢＶ无明显效果。

| Abstract: | his article observes the effect
of combined use of ZHULING DUOTANG and hepatitis Bvaccine on serum HBV markers.Half
year after discontinuation of the therapy,the clearance rateof HBsAg,HBcAb,HbeAg and PHSA-R
is 6.0%,0,23.1%and l8.8% respectively. The clearancerate of control group is 3.9%,0,19.3%and
l.3% rspectively. No positive HBsAb is observed.Thereis no significant difference in
seroconversion rate of HBV markers between both groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the
combined use of ZHULING DUOTANG and hepatitis B vaccinehave not definite effect on the
removing and inhibiting of HBV. |
