藻酸双酯钠致过敏性休克32例文献分析

目的:探讨藻酸双酯钠致过敏性休克的特点,为临床合理使用藻酸双酯钠提供参考.方法: 通过检索<中国医院数字图书馆>1990年1月-2008年3月国内公开发表的医药学期刊中有关藻酸双酯钠致过敏性休克的病例报道26篇中32例进行统计分析.结果:32例中男性13例(40.62%),女性19例(59.38%);年龄40岁以上占90.62%;全部患者均为静脉滴注方式给药;65.62%的患者在用药中发生过敏性休克,并且在各时间段均有出现,34.38%的患者在用药后发生休克,并且主要在用药后30 min内;过敏性休克的发生与原患疾病和药物剂量无关.结论:掌握藻酸双酯钠所致过敏性休克的特点将有助于临床合理应用.

Literature review of 32 cases with polysaccharide sulfate-induced anaphylactic shock

OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristics of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS)-induced anaphylactic shock for its rational use in clinic.METHODS Domestic medicine periodicals were searched between January 1990 and March 2008,and thirty-two cases with PSS-induced anaphylactic shock were analyzed.RESULTS Thirty-two patients included 13 men(40.62%) and 19 women(59.38%).The incidence rate(90.62%) in the age group above 40 was higher than other age groups.PSS were administered by intravenous drip in all cases.65.62...
