| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床及病理学参数之间的关系.方法: 收集手术切除并经病理学确诊的NSCLC及癌周正常肺组织标本,依据实验目的行PTTG和bFGF检测.结果: PTTG和bFGF的表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度有相关性,与年龄、性别、KPS评分、吸烟指数、组织学类型无相关性,并且两者呈正相关性表达.结论: PTTG和bFGF在NSCLC中的高表达,提示了其在NSCLC发生发展中的作用,可为NSCLC的治疗提供可能的靶点.
