静脉注射免疫球蛋白免疫调节机制的研究进展

摘    要:静脉注射免疫球蛋白(intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIg)可调节机体的免疫功能,其调节机制主要通过:①抑制免疫细胞的增殖与活化。②调节免疫细胞的凋亡。③抑制免疫细胞的黏附与吞噬。④调节细胞因子的合成与分泌。⑤抑制补体系统的活性。⑥中和超抗原对免疫细胞的激活作用。高剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白(high dose IVIg,hd IVIg)作为免疫调节剂越来越多的被用于免疫功能紊乱患者。本文综述了hdIVIg在免疫调节作用机制方面的最新发现和进展。

Abstract:Intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIg) can modulate the immunity,of which the e immunomodulatory mechanisms lies in :①inhibition of proliferation and activation of immunocytes.②modulation of immunocyte apoptosis.③inhibition of adhesion and phagocytosis of immunocytes.④modulation of synthesis and secretion of cytokine levels.⑤inhibition of activity of complement system.⑥anti-activition of sAg on immunocytes.IVIg in high dosage has been used as a immunomodulatory agent in an increasing number of immune disorders.In this article,we review the current understanding and recent developments in the immunomodulatory mechanisms of hdIVIg.
