中医辨证治疗月经先期38例临床观察

目的：观察中医辨证治疗月经先期的临床疗效，以期指导临床治疗。方法：75例纳入观察的月经先期患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组37例，观察组中医辨证后分血热型和气虚型中药加减治疗，对照组患者口服安宫黄体酮治疗，两组均连续治疗3月为1个疗程后对比疗效，并随访半年对比复发率。结果：观察组总有效率为97．4％，略高于对照组的94．6％，但差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访患者中观察组复发率为11．8％（4／34），而对照组为33．3％（11／33），观察组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证治疗月经先期疗效确切，且远期疗效优于西药治疗。

Clinical observation on treating 38 cases of early menstruation in TCM

Objective： To observe clinical of TCM in treating early menstruation, used to direct clinical treatment. Methods： 75 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 38 patients were differentiated in TCM depending on the type Xuere and Qixu, the control 37 patients were given meddroxyprogesterone acetate, after an course of three months to compare the treatment effect of the two groups, and follow-up six months to compare recurrence rate. Results： The total efficiency in the observation was 97.4%, while another was 94.6%, but the difference was not statistically significant; the recurrence rate was 11.8% in observation group, another group was 33.3%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： To treat early menstruation in TCM, the Long-term efficacy is superior to modem medicine.
