地黄饮子加减配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的疗效观察

目的：观察地黄饮子加减配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组个25例，治疗组采用地黄饮子加减配合康复训练，对照组单纯性康复训练，评定疗效。结果：地黄饮子加减配合康复训练组在三级平衡分级比较，Berg评分，FIM评分上均优于单独康复训练组，经统计学处理两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：地黄饮子加减配合康复训练，单纯康复训练治疗卒中平衡障碍均有疗效，地黄饮子加减配合康复训练疗效优于单纯进行康复训练。

Clinical observation of the modified Dihuang Yinzi with the rehabilitation training on treating balance dysfunction of stroke patients

Objective： To observe clinical curative effects of the modified Dihuang Yinzi with the rehabilitation training on treating the stroke patients who have the dysfimction of balance. Methods： 50 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 25 cases for each group. The treated group was given the modified Dihuang Yinzi with the rehabilitation training, while the control group was given the rehabilitation training. Results： Comparing with the control group, the treated group had significant differences in the level 3 balance comparison, Berg score and grading FIM scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The modified Dihuang Yinzi with the rehabilitation on training balance dysfunction of stroke patients was effective.
