| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺、推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：对2009年10月-2012年10月的门诊病人120例进行针刺、TDP照射和推拿治疗。10d为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治愈82例，好转34例，未愈4例，总有效率为96．67％。结论：该方法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe efficacy of acupuncture and massage in treating nerve root type cervical spundylosis. Methods： From Oct 2009 to Oct 2012, 120 outpatients were treated in acupuncture, TDP irradiation and massage. 10 days as a course, clinical efficacy was recorded after 1 course of treatment. Results： 82 cases were cured, improved in 34 cases, 4 cases no healed, the total efficiency was 96.67%. Conclution： Acupuncture and massage has a significant efficacy in treating nerve root type cervical spundylosis. |
