摘 要: | 目的:探讨用苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法:选取我院自2009年2月-2012年2月,住院治疗的32例慢性’肾功能不全的患者,将其分为甲乙两组,甲组为对照组,采用常规的抗感染、降压、低蛋白饮食、纠正水电解质紊乱等对症治疗乙组在在甲组治疗的基础上用苓桂术甘汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后血脂、血压、及肾功能的改变。结果:经过治疗,乙组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐水平显著低于甲组:乙组患者的胆固醇、甘油三脂水平在治疗前后有显著差异,降低明显,其中高密度脂蛋白水平比甲组高。结论:降压、低蛋白饮食联合苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性’肾功能不全,其疗效有显著的提高。

Efficacy analysis on treating chronic renal insufficiency with the Linggui Zhugan decoction |

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate and research the efficacy of the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with the Linggni Zhugan decoctinon. Methods: From February 2009 to February 2012, the hospitalization of 32 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were divided into two groups, 16 for each group. The control group was given conventional anti-infection, blood pressure, low-protein diet, correcting water and electrolyte disturbance symptomatic treatment. The treated group on the basis of the control group with treatment Linggni Zhugan decoction, observed two groups of patients before and after treatment, blood lipids, blood pressure, and renal function changes. Results: After treatment, patients blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Lower the blood pressure, low-protein diet combined with the Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency has significantly improved its efficacy. |
