小针刀配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症76例临床报告

目的：观察小针刀配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：对76例腰椎间盘突出症患者选用小针刀治疗，配以中药内服治疗。结果：经两个疗程治疗，临床治愈20例（26.3％），显效41例（53．9％），有效10例（13．2％），无效5例（6．58％），总有效率为93．4％。结论：本法有活血通络止痛的作用，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的方法之一，在临床上具有推广价值。

Reports on treating 76 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in needle-scalpel plus TCM therapy

Objective： Observe the efficacy of needle-scalpel with TCM treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 76 patients were given the needle-scalpel plus TCM medicine. Results： After two courses of treatment, 20 cases （26.3%） were cured, 41 cases （53.9%） were markedly effective, 10 cases （13.2%） were effective, ineffective in 5 cases （6.58%）,the total efficiency was 93.4%. Conclusion： This method has the Huoxue Tongluo analgesic effect, one of the methods of treatment of lumbar disc herniation effective in clinical practice is worth promoting.
