摘    要:目的 对不同基原的郁金进行性状特征、显微特征和气味信息进行差异分析,建立对不同基原郁金的快速判别方法。方法 利用感官总结比较郁金的性状,运用显微成像系统观察比较郁金的横切面及粉末特征,同时采用电子鼻对4种郁金进行挥发性成分分析。结果 4种郁金的性状、横切面及粉末鉴别特征差异较为明显。结合特征雷达图分析、主成分分析、气味综合值分析对4种郁金检测区分效果显著。结论 本研究结合性状、显微、气味特征,建立郁金基原快速判别方法,对临床用药品质提供保障。

Abstract:Objective Different sources of Radix Curcumae from different habitats were collected and used as research objects in this study. Macro-, microscopic and odor identification were analyze samples to build a simple method to identify different sources of Radix Curcumae.Methods The shape and properties of Radix Curcumae were observed and compared by sense organs; the transverse section and powder features of Radix Curcumae were observed and compared by microscopic imaging system; the electronic nose technology was used in the detection of peak response values of Radix Curcumae on sensor array.Results They have significant differences in macro- and microscopic identification between different sources of Radix Curcumae. The identification models were successful with the PCA, radar chart and odour comprehensive analysis. Conclution: The established method can be used to identify different sources of Radix Curcumae quickly, to assure its quality.
