复方玄驹胶囊用于前列腺癌~(125)I粒子植入术后阳痿的疗效分析

目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊用于前列腺癌~(125)I粒子植入术后并发勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:随访2012年3月至2015年12月,我院41例前列腺癌粒子植入术后6个月并发阳痿病例(实验组22例,对照组19例),对照组使用安慰剂治疗,实验组使用复方玄驹胶囊治疗(疗程均为3个月)。结果:3个月后,实验组:临床治愈16例,显效2例,有效1例,无效3例;对照组:临床治愈5例,显效3例,有效3例,无效6例,2例中断治疗。结论:复发玄驹胶囊对前列腺癌~(125)I粒子植入术引起的阳痿疗效满意。

Efficiency of Fufangxuanju capsule for erectile dysfunction complications resulting from implantation of 125I particles for prostate cancer

Objectives:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Fufangxuanju capsule on erectile dysfunction (ED) complications resulting from implantation of 125I particles for prostate cancer.Methods:41 patients with ED complications resulting from implantation of 125I particles for prostate cancer between March 2012 and December 2015 were investigated,and divided into experimental group (22 patients) and control group (19 patients).The control group received placebo while the experiment group adopted Fufangxuanju capsule for treatment (all for 3 months).Results:After 3 months' treatment,there were 16 cases cured,2 cases with remarkable effect,1 case effective and 3 cases invalid in experiment group;in the control group,there were 5 cases cured,3 cases markedly improved,3 cases effective,6 cases invalid ad 2 cases quitted treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of Fufangxuanju capsule for ED complications caused by implantation of 125I particles for prostate cancer is effective.
