剖宫产术后并发症对产妇生殖健康及性功能影响探究

目的:探讨剖宫产术后并发症对产妇生殖健康及性功能影响。方法:选择2012年1月至2015年12月在我院妇产科行剖宫产手术分娩的322例初产产妇,按照术中、术后是否发生并发症将322例产妇分为并发症组与对照组,比较两组产妇3、6、9个月的FSFI评分、性功能障碍情况、性生活恢复情况、性生活频率以及产后6个月生活质量。结果:并发症组在产后3个月、6个月的FSFI评分均显著低于对照组同期的FSFI评分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);并发症组在产后3个月、6个月性功能障碍率均高于对照组同期的性功能障碍率,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);并发症组剖宫产妇产后3、6、9个月性生活频率远少于孕前的产妇明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);而并发症组在产后3、6、9个月性生活频率略少于孕前与相当或多于孕前的产妇明显低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);并发症组在产后3个月性生活恢复情况显著低于对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);而在产后6个月、9个月性生活恢复情况两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);并发症组产妇在产后6个月时在躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活、综合评分均显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后并发症对产妇近期性功能影响较大,对远期的影响较小,但也能降低产妇的生活质量及生殖健康,使其不孕率增加。

Impact of complications after cesarean section on maternal reproductive health and sexual function

Objectives:To investigate the impact of cesarean section complications on maternal reproductive health and sexual function.Methods:322 primiparous mothers in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and,according to the existence of postoperative complications,were divided into complications group and control group.The FSFI scores,sexual dysfunction,the sex life recovery and frequency of sexual activity 3,6 and 9 months later and quality of life six months after childbirth were compared between the two groups.Results:The FSFI scores postpartum 3 and 6 months in the complication group were significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of sexual dysfunction postpartum 3 and 6 months in the complication group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The proportion of women with low frequency of sexual activity 3,6,9 months after treatment in complication group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The recovery of sex life in complication group 3 months after treatment was less than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);while after 6 or 9 months,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).The physical function,social function,mental function,material life and composite scores of complication group 6 months after were significantly lower than the control group,the difference with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Cesarean section complications have large impact on patient's recent sexual function,but the impact decreases on the long-term.Moreover,it can also reduce the quality of life and reproductive health,while increases the rate of infertility.
