糖尿病大鼠肾小管-间质Prohibitin的表达

目的探讨糖尿病大鼠肾小管-间质Prohibifin的表达。方法24只雄性SD大鼠分为12只链脲佐菌素（SIZ）诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型组（D）和12只正常组（N），4、8周每组各处死大鼠6只，测量24h尿清蛋白排泄率、肾重／体重、血肌酐、血糖（BS）。肾组织Masson染色。免疫组化方法检测肾小管．间质Prohibitin的表达。结果4、8周时尿清蛋白的排泄率正常组分别显著低于模型组（1．90±0．36）μg,／min VS（3．35±0．56）μg／min，P〈0．01；（1．73±0．36）μg/mVS（4．53±0．87）μg/min，P〈0．01]；肾小管．间质Prohibifin的表达正常组明显高于模型组。模型组肾小管-间质的细胞外基质增多。结论糖尿病大鼠肾小管．间质Prohibitin的表达下调，与肾小管-间质损伤的严重程度呈正相关。

Expression of prohibitin of renal tubule-interstitium in diabetic rats

Objective To explore expression of prohibitin of renal tubule-interstitium in diabetic rats.Methods 24 rats were randomly divided into model,which were injected with STZ and normal group,excretory rate of urinary protein, the ratio of kidney and body weight,creatining,BS were measured after 4 and 8 weeks, the morphological changes were observed by Masson＇ s staining, the expression of prohibitin in renal tubule-interstitium were assessed by immunohist＇ochemical. Results Excretory rate of urinary protein in normal group was significantly low compare to model group （ 1.90 ± 0.36 ）μg/min vs （3.35± 0.56 ）μg/min, P 〈 0.01 ; （ 1.73 ± 0.36 ） μg/min vs（4.53± 0.87） μg/min, P 〈 0.01 ] respectively after 4,8 weeks. The expression of prohibitin in renal tubule-inte-titium in model was significantly down-regulated compare to normal. Extracellular matrix in renal tubule-interstifium in model significantly increased compare to normal. Conclusio Expression of pmhibifin of renal tubule-interstitium in diabetic mrs was down-regulated, which was positively correlected with damage of renal tubule-interstitium.
