摘    要:目的:选用部分藏成药和中成药作为实验用药,观察对快速进入高原青年男性早期心功能指数的影响,探索抗高原缺氧的新措施;方法:实验组分别服用洛布桑胶囊、诺迪康胶囊、红景天胶囊、藏王宝胶囊、地奥心血康胶囊,对照组则服用医用淀粉胶囊;采用单盲法给药,在进入高原前后各连续服药3天,2粒/次,3次/日,分别于受试者服药前和进入高原后的第5天,各测定一次受试者的心功能指数;结果:平原人进入高原后的早期,心功能指数均有不同程度的降低,与其它组相比,洛布桑组、诺迪康组和地奥心血康组受试者的心功能指数虽然也降低,但是,心功能指数值在进入高原前后的自身比较中,无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中洛布桑组的高原心功能指数虽有降低,但是,仍然处于与平原同一个评价等级上;结论:平原人进入高原后,心功能指数降低。而在所实验的5种药物中,洛布桑、诺迪康和地奥心血康可能有一定的减轻心功能指数降低的效果,其中以洛布桑的效果最好。

Abstract:Objective: In order to seek for new method against hypoxia at high altitude, the effects of some new compound Tibetan and Chinese drugs on heart functional index (HFI) of young men were observed at high altitude. Methods: 170 subjects were divided randomly into six groups, and they were given Luobusang, Nuodikang, Zangwangbao, Hongjingtian, Di'ao Xinxuekang and placebo, respectively. A single blind procedure of administration was used. Before they entered high altitude (above sea level 3 900 m) three days, they took different drug according to their group, 2 capsules each time, three times a day for 6 days. Before they took the drugs and after they entered high altitude 5 days, their HFI were measured, respectively. Results: During the early stage when these subjects lived at high altitude, all of their HFI decreased by different extents. But compared with those in the low land (above sea level 500 m), the decreases of HFI of Luobusang group, Nuodikang group and Di'ao Xinxuekang group were not significant (P>0.05). Although the HFI of Luobusang group decreased, but its HFI evaluation rank at high altitude was still the same as that in low land, and the HFI evaluation ranks of other groups at high altitude were lower than those in low land. Conclusions: After lowlanders enter high altitude, their HFI decrease. Among 5 drugs, the effect of lubusang is the best in preventing HFI decrease at high altitude.
