加用益气温阳法对充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平的影响

目的 :观察加用益气温阳法治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响。方法 :将60例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组 ,对照组以西医常规治疗 ,观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服以益气温阳法为基本组方的中药汤剂进行治疗 ,疗程均为10天 ,治疗前后检测三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)。结果 :①观察组总有效率显著优于对照组 ;②经10天治疗后 ,观察组和对照组的T3、FT3 由治疗前较低水平显著升高 ,而观察组治疗后T3、FT3 与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01) ,治疗前后血清T3、FT3、FT4 的差值观察组与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :加用益气温阳法治疗CHF不仅可提高疗效 ,而且可纠正CHF患者异常的甲状腺激素 ,且无毒副作用。

Effect of Qi-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Therapy On Thyroid Hormone Level in Congestive Heart Failure

Purpose: To observe the effect of Qi-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Therapy on thyroid hormone level in congestive heart failure. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly with the control group treated with routine Western medicine and the treatment group , in addition to the medicine , added with Qi-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Therapy. The treatment course lasted 10 days. The triiodothyronine(T3), thyroxine(T4), free triiodothyronine(FT3), free thyroxine(FT4) and thyrotropin(TSH) were tested before and after the treatment. Results: ① The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group. ② After the 10-day treatment, T3 and FT3 were increased in both groups. But compared with the control group, a great difference of T3 and FT3 was found in the treatment group (P<0.01). Besides, there was a great difference in serum T3 ,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions: Along with the routine Western medicine, the Qi-Tonifying and Yang-Warming Therapy can produce better curative effect on congestive heart failure, regulate the abnormal hormone in CHF cases and show no side effects.
