耐药细菌性痢疾的治疗近况

目的：了解国内耐药细菌性痢疾治疗的近况。方法；综述国内常用治疗耐药细菌性痢疾几种抗生素作用机制及临床疗效和有关文献，并给予评价。结果：头孢噻肟钠，头孢哌酮，氧氟沙星，环丙沙星，乳酸左旋氧氟沙星，阿米卡星、硫酸多粘菌素Ｅ在缓解临床症状及细菌学转阴率均有较好疗效；头孢噻肟钠，环丙沙星，阿米卡星已有耐药菌株产生，硫酸多粘菌素Ｅ在缓解临床症状及细菌学转阴率均有较好疗效；头孢噻肟钠，环丙沙星、阿米卡星已有耐

Recent State in Treatment of Bacillary Dysentery Tolerant of Drugs

Objective:To study the recent state in the treatment of bacillary dysentery tolerant of drugs. Methods:The literature about the action mechanism and clinical efficacy of usual several antibiotics for the tolerant of drugs bacillary dysentery were reviewed and evaluated. Results:The results showed that sodii cefotaxime, sodii cefoperazone, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin,amikacin sulfate, levofloxacine lactate, and polymyxin E sulfate had good efficacy in improvement of clinical manifestation and bacillary resumed normal, and also. The bacteria tolerance of sodii cefotaxine, ciprofloxacin and amikacin had occured. Conclusion:The therapy of multidrug tolerance bacillar dysentery should be on the basis of bacterial sensitivity to select high effective antibiotics, which my be combined, and the enough therapy duration in need.
