| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过试验探究并分析脑梗塞患者血同型半胱氨酸水平及其相关因素。方法 :选取200例本院神经内科住院的脑梗塞患者作为试验组,选取本院健康体检者200例作为对照组,比较两组的血同型半胱氨酸水平,探究患者体内血同型半胱氨酸水平的相关影响因素。结果 :脑梗塞组患者的同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。本组研究影响中,脑梗塞患者体内的ALT水平、AST水平、GGT水平和GLU水平均与同型半胱氨酸水平均呈正相关,有统计学意义。结论 :脑梗塞患者的血同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于正常健康者,脑梗塞患者体内的ALT水平、AST水平、GGT水平和GLU水平均与同型半胱氨酸水平均呈正相关。
