| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不育患者精索静脉曲张手术前后精液质量的变化,探讨手术的价值。方法:按WHO标准常规分析110例不育伴精索静脉曲张患者手术前后的精液质量。结果:110例精索静脉曲张患者术后精子密度、(A+B)级精子比率、有效精子数、精子活动率、活动精子数、精子低渗肿胀比率、正常形态精子比率较术前明显提高,两组差别有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:精索静脉曲张手术能改善精液的质量。

| Abstract: | Objectives：To evaluate the changes of semen quality before and after varicoceletomy in infertile patients. Methods： A comparison of their semen parameters before and after varicoceletomy was made in the 110 infertile patients in accordance with varicocele analysis standard described in the WHO manual. Results： A significant increase was found in semen sperm density, （A＋B）grade sperm percentage, number of efective sperm, activity ratio, number of motile sperm, sperm hypotension swell percentage and normal sperm morphology percentage after varicoceletomy.The significant difference was observed （P0.05）. Conclusion： The varicoceletomy can improve the quality of the sperm in the patients with varicocele. |
