中西医结合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效观察

目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘应用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年5月至2011年5月收治的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组30例采用常规西药治疗,观察组30例采用中西医结合治疗,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组30例中,治愈17例,占56.7%;显效8例,占26.7%;有效4例,13.3%;无效1例,占3.3%;总有效率为96.7%。对照组30例中,治愈8例,占26.7%;显效12例,占40%;有效4例,占13.3%;无效6例,占20%;总有效率为80%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发1例,占3.3%;对照组复发7例,占23.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘采用中西医结合治疗,可明显提高临床治愈率,降低复发率,改善患儿生存质量。

Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Children Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children cough variant asthma.Methods Sixty cases of children cough variant asthma in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine western medicine therapy,while the observation group received the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical data in the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results The results of 30 cases in the observation group showed 17 cases of cured(56.7%),8 cases of marked effect(26.7%),4 cases of effectiveness(13.3%) and one case of ineffectiveness(3.3%) with the total effective rate of 96.7%.The results in the control group showed 8 cases of cured(26.7),12 cases of marked effect(40%),4 cases of effectiveness(13.3%) and 6 cases of ineffectiveness(20%) with the total effective rate of 80%.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05).One case had recurrence in the observation group(3.3%),while 7 cases had recurrence in the control group(23.3%);the difference of recurrence between two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with cough variant asthma can obviously increase the clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the children’s quality of life.
