炎琥宁在急性上呼吸道感染中的应用

目的:观察炎琥宁对急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将160例急性上呼吸道感染病人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组80例静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液,治疗组80例用炎琥宁静脉滴注。结果:治疗组病人流涕、鼻塞、咽痛、咳嗽消失时间及退热时间较对照组均明显缩短,治愈率显著提高。结论:炎琥宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinatein acute upper respiratory tract infection in the application

Objective:Observe the clinical response of YanHuning to acute upper respiratory infection.Methods:160 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were chosen,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Treatment group with 80 cases were intravenous injected Ribavirin,the control group with 80 cases were intravenous injected YanHuning.Results:The symptom(Runny nose,Nasal congestion,Sore throat,Cough) duration of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion:YanHuning has good effect in clinical application and little side-effect on the patients.It is worth to promote.
