| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿维A胶囊与复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床疗效。方法62例患者随机均分为两组，治疗组采用复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗；对照组仅单用阿维A治疗。治疗8周后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率（93．55％）明显高于对照组（80．65％），差异有统计学意SL（P〈0．05）。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗红皮病型银屑病安全、有效，并可减少药物副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin on erythroderma psoriaticum.Methods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The former was treated with compound Glycyrrhizim combined with Acitretin,while the latter only took Acitretin.After 8 weeks,we could observe the efficacy.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin is effective and safe on treating erythroderma psoriaticum with unobvious side effect. |
