参麦注射液联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

目的探讨参麦注射液联合抗幽门螺杆菌（helicobacter pylori，Hp）治疗消化性溃疡（pepticulcer，PU）的疗效及对其预后的影响。方法收集PU患者50例，随机分为三联抗Hp组（对照组）和参麦注射液联合三联抗Hp组（治疗组），每组25例，观察指标为临床症状缓解、溃疡愈合及复发情况。结果临床症状缓解率、溃疡总治愈率、Hp转阴率和复发率在治疗组分别为96％、96％、88％和8％，对照组分别为84-3％、80．0％、76％和16％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组胃镜检查结果改善与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论参麦注射液联合抗Hp治疗消化性溃疡可提高疗效，减少复发；推测参麦注射液有改善胃肠黏膜循环和增强屏障功能。促进溃疡修复和愈合作用。

The clinical research of Shenmai injection combined with anti-helicobacter pylori treatment on pateints with peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection jointed with anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp) treatment on pateints with peptic ulcer and it’s prognosis.Methods Fifty patients with PU were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group,the former group accepted trigeminy(rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin) anti-Hp therapy,the later group was treated with Shenmai injection and trigeminy(rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin) anti-Hp.The conditions of clinical symptoms relief,ulcer healing and recurrence were observed.Results The rates of clinical symptoms remission,ulcer curing,Hp eradication and relapse in treatment group were 96%,96%,88% and 8% respectively,which had significant difference when compared with that in control group(84.3%,80.0%,76% and 16%)(P < 0.05),the improvement of gastric mucosal damage observed by gastroscopy between two groups had statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Shenmai injection combined with anti-Hp on patients with peptic ulcer can improve therapeutic effect and reduce recurrence.We speculate that Shenmai injection has the roles of improving microcirculation and enhancing barrier function of gastrointestinal mucosa,which promotes ulcer repairing and healing.
