小针刀配合中药治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症临床研究

目的 :观察小针刀配合中药内服治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效。方法 :取退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者 1 2 0例 ,随机分为小针刀配合中药内服治疗组 6 0例 (治疗组 ) ,牵引配合内服芬必得 6 0例 (对照组 ) ,观察比较两疗效。结果 :治疗组治愈率6 6 % ,有效率 95 % ;对照组治愈率 2 5 % ,有效率 83% ,经统计学处理 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :小针刀配合中药内服疗效优于牵引配合芬必得内服

Clinical Study of Xiaozhendao plus Oral Administration of Chinese Herbal Medicine for Treatment of Spinal Retrograde Stenosis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaozhendao cooperated with Chinese medicine taken orally in treatment of spinal degeneration stenosis. Methods: The 120 patients of spinal degeneration stenosis were divided randomly into two groups: the treatment group, in which 60 cases were treated by Xiaozhendao with Chinese medicine taken orally, and the control group, in which 60 cases were treated by traction and Fenbid taken orally. The effect of two treatment groups was compared through observation. Results: The curative rate of treatment group was 66% with the total effective rate of 95%. The curative rate of control group was 25% with the total effective rate of 83%. There was significant difference between two groups( P <0.05) by statistical analysis. Conclusion: The curative effect of Xiaozhendao cooperated with Chinese herbal medicine was better than traction associated with Fenbid taken orally.
