摘    要:
目的评估番禺区居民户碘盐监测结果,全面、准确了解番禺区碘盐食用情况。方法根据《广东省碘盐监测实施方案》的要求每年对9个乡镇36个行政村采集盐样288份现场半定量检测后,按国标GB/T13025.7-1999进行测定。结果番禺区2001-2011年共检测居民户盐样3 276份,其中非碘盐296份,不合格碘盐140份,合格碘盐2840份,碘盐覆盖率90.96%,合格碘盐食用率为86.69%。结论番禺区居民户碘盐食用情况总体较好,达到消除碘盐缺乏病目标要求,还需加强监督监测,强化健康教育、健康促进,以确保各项措施长期落实。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the monitoring result of iodized salt in Panyu District,and understand the consumption situation of iodized salt comprehensively and accurately.Method Collect 288 samples from the 36 administrative villages in 9 towns each year and conduct field semi-quantitative test according to the requirements of Surveillance Program of Iodized Salt in Guangdong Province,and then detect the samples according to national standard of GB/T13025.7-1999.Results 3 276 samples were detected in Panyu District from 2001 to 2011,of which,296 were non iodized salt,140 were unqualified iodized salt,and 2 840 were qualified iodized salt.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 90.96%,and the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 86.69%.Conclusions The overall consumption situation of iodized salt was good in Panyu District,which had achieved the objective of eliminating iodine deficiency disease,but we still needed to strengthen supervision and monitoring,and intensify health education and health promotion,so as to ensure the long-term implementation of all measures.
