成本效益分析在大型医疗设备管理中的应用效果评价

摘    要:目的:探讨成本效益分析在大型医疗设备管理中的应用效果。方法:选定本院购置成本>10万元的大型医疗设备300台,运用成本效益分析方法进行管理,观测其利润优秀率与影响其成本效益的因素。结果:1年利润优秀率为53.33%、2年利润优秀率为28.67%、3年利润优秀率为20.00%、4年利润优秀率为14.67%、5年利润优秀率为10%。影响成本效益的因素则包括设备老化、专项管理制度、设备更新快、应用频率低、应用风险高、购置成本过高等。结论:成本效益分析是医院对大型医疗设备进行经济管理的重要手段之一,为提升设备经济效益、指导科学投资等提供支持。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of cost-benefit analysis in the management of large medical equipment.Methods:Select 300 large-scale medical equipment purchased by our hospital with a cost of more than 100,000 yuan,and use cost-benefit analysis methods to manage them,and observe their excellent profit rate and factors that affect their cost-effectiveness.Results:The 1-year profit excellent rate was 53.33%,the 2-year profit excellent rate was 28.67%,the 3-year profit excellent rate was 20.00%,the 4-year profit excellent rate was 14.67%,and the 5-year profit excellent rate was 10%.Factors that affect costeffectiveness include equipment aging,special management systems,fast equipment updates,low application frequency,high application risk,and high purchase costs.Conclusion:Cost-benefit analysis is one of the important means for hospitals to economically manage large-scale medical equipment,providing support for improving the economic efficiency of equipment and guiding scientific investment.
