Comparison of Insulin Pump and Conventional Insulin Injection in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin pump and conventional insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:This experiment study choice in March 2019-March 2020 our hospital during the period of 118 patients with diabetes as experimental object,according to the patient’s admission sequence are numbered,and grouped according to the odd even method,including the 59 patients treated with insulin pump medication as experimental group,the 59 patients treated with regular insulin injections as control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose control effect,blood glucose normalization time,insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The choice of insulin pump administration can better control the blood glucose level of patients,and the effect is significantly better than the conventional insulin injection treatment.
