| 摘 要： | 谷氨酸-组氨酸-赖氨酸(GHK)存在于人血液、唾液、尿液中，具有多种生物学作用。据目前知识所知，这些作用都是对健康有益的。其可促进伤口愈合和组织再生，抗炎、抗氧化，还可增加胶原蛋白、弹力蛋白和糖胺聚糖的合成。目前已经证明GHK可以作为治疗性成分在慢性阻塞性肺疾病和代谢性癌症中应用。本文主要关注GHK在呼吸系统疾病中的应...

| Abstract: | Glycyl-histidyl-lysine(GHK)exists in human blood,saliva and urine,and has various biological functions.According to current knowledge,these effects are beneficial to health.It can promote wound healing and tissue regeneration,have anti-inflammatory and antioxidation,increase the synthesis of collagen,elastin and glycosaminoglycans.It has been proved that GHK can be used as a therapeutic component in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and metabolic cancer.This article focuses on the development of GHK in respiratory diseases,laying a foundation for further experimental research and clinical guidance. |
