血管内皮生长因子-C在肾癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF-C）在肾癌发生发展中的作用。方法：应用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF-C在肾癌及正常肾组织中的表达情况。结果：肾癌组织VEGF-C的阳性表达率（85.0%）显著高于正常肾组织（P＜0.01）。肾癌组织VEGF-C的阳性表达与年龄、性别、分化程度无关（P＞0.05），与有无淋巴结转移和肾癌临床分期有关（P＜0.05）。结论：VEGF-C可能通过促进淋巴管生成参与肾癌的淋巴结转移，在肾癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR-C IN RENAL CELL CARCINOMA

Objective：To investigate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C） in development of renal cell carcinoma.Methods：SP immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expressions of VEGF-C in renal cell carcinoma and normal renal tissue.Results：The positive rate of VEGF-C in renal cell carcinoma was 85.0%, which was 〈br〉 obviously higher than that of normal renal tissue （P〈0.01）. In renal cell carcinoma, the positive expression of VEGF-C had no relations with age, sex and differentiation degree （P〉0.05）; but was related to lymphatic metastasis and clinical classiifcation of renal cell carcinoma （P〈0.0）.Conclusions：VEGF-C may participate in lymph node metastasis of renal cell carcinoma by promoting lymphangiogenesis, so plays important role in carcinogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma.
