滨州地区铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

目的：分析我院铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗生素的耐药情况，为临床预防感染及合理选用抗生素提供实验依据。方法收集本院2011-2013年间各临床科室送检的标本，按常规方法对其进行细菌的分离、培养后，采用BD PHOENIX-100全自动微生物鉴定仪、K-B法进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。药敏试验结果判定标准按2012年版《抗微生物学药物敏感性试验执行标准》规定执行。结果铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为4.26％。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率较高，应加强药敏监测，指导临床合理用药。

The drug resistance analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Binzhou region

Objective To analyse the drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospi-tal ,and provide experimental evidence for clinical rational use of antibiotics to prevent infection .Methods The specimens from clinical departments between 2011 and 2013 were collected ,bacterium isolated and cultured by conventional methods ,then bacte-rium identified to test by using BD PHOENIX-100 automated microbial identification system ,K-B method .The susceptibility test results （criteria）were made according to 2012 edition of anti-drug susceptibility testing microbiological performance stand-ards .Results The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 4.26% .Conclusions Higher resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa prompted hospital to strengthen monitoring of susceptibility and guide rational drug use .
