戴明循环在重症监护室低年资护士培训中的效果观察

目的探讨戴明循环（plan—do—check—action cycle，PDCA）在重症监护室（intensive care unit，ICU）低年资护士培训中的作用。方法采用便利抽样法选取2009年11月～2012年12月在郫县中医院ICU工作的50名低年资护士为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组25名。观察组护士采用PDCA培训法，即按计划（plan，P）、实施（do，D）、检查（check，c）和处理（action，A）4个阶段进行培训；对照组护士采用传统的一对一带教模式。比较两组护士培训结束时护理理论知识、技能水平及护理缺陷发生率。结果观察组护士的护理理论知识、技能水平考核得分均明显高于对照组，护理缺陷发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PDCA培训法能较好地培养ICU低年资护理人才，提高IcU护士综合素质。

Effect of Plan-Do-Check-Action Cycle on the Junior Nurse Training in ICU

Objective To investigate the Deming cycle （also known as PDCA, plan-do-check-action cycle） in intensive care unit （ICU） in the training of junior nurses. Methods Convenient sampling from November 2009 to December 2012 of 50 junior nurses in Pixian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine ICU work, were randomly divided into ohservation group and control group, each group of 25. The observation group nurses were trained by PDCA cyclic training method, namely plan （plan, P）, implementation （do, D）, examination （check, C） and treatment （action, A） in 4 stages; the control group nurses were trained using traditional one to one teaching mode. The outcomes of training were compared between two groups of nurses with nursing theory knowledge, skill level and the incidence of nursing defects. Results The observation group nurses had higher scores in nursing theory knowledge and skills assessment than those in the control group, and nursing defects were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Deming cycle training method can be well used for training ICU junior nursing talents, and promote the comprehensive quality of nurses in ICU.
