自我护理指导对子宫肌瘤手术患者自我护理能力及术后康复的影响

目的探讨自我护理指导在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2013年2～6月收治的100例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用自我护理指导，比较两组的自护能力及术后康复情况。结果观察组的健康知识水平、自我概念和自我责任感等自我护理能力方面得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组，并发症和住院时间少于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自我护理指导有利于子宫肌瘤手术患者增强自我护理能力，促进术后康复以及提高护理满意度。

Self-Care Guidance on Self-Nursing Ability and Postoperative Rehabilitation of Uterine Myoma Operation Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of self-care guidance in patients with uterine myoma operation. Methods 100 cases of uterine myoma operation patients in our hospital from February to June 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was given self-nursing guidance based on the control group routine nursing care. The rehabilitation and self-nursing ability of the two groups were compared after operation. Results The scores of health knowledge level, self-concept, self-responsibility and self-nursing ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Postoperative pain in the observation group score was lower than that in the control group, complications and hospitalization time were less than those in the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Self-care guidance is beneficial to enhance the self-nursing ability of patients with uterine myoma operation, to promote the postoperative recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction.
