| 摘 要： | 目的:探索脑瘫患儿家庭综合康复训练的效果并找出存在的问题,为今后的康复工作提供支持。方法:在2012年5月至2013年5月于我院治疗过的脑瘫患儿中选取60例,分别构成城市组和农村组各30例。对两组患儿家属进行康复训练指导,跟踪观察疗效并进行分析。结果:经后期跟踪调查发现,城市组患儿康复有效率明显高于农村组。结论:严格的康复训练指导、健康教育和定期随访等对脑瘫患儿的康复非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the current status and factors of family rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, and analyze the existing problem in the process of family rehabilitation training. Methods：60 cases were selected randomly during May 2012 -May 2013 in our hospital with cerebral palsy, dividing into the urban group and the rural group. Patients in both groups were guided for fami- ly rehabilitation by professional doctors;tracking effects were observed and analyzed. Results：The effective power of family rehabilitation in the urban group was significantly higher than that of the rural group. Conclusion ： Standard rehabilitation guidance, health education and regular follow-up are important factors for rehabilitation. |
