脑卒中患者康复治疗的疗效观察

目的:评价并比较脑卒中患者在恢复期和后遗症期的康复治疗效果。方法:选择69例脑卒中患者,分为恢复期组和后遗症组,两组患者均进行系统的康复治疗8周。采用Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分法,分别于入院初,入院后4周、8周进行评定,将两组患者的3次BI值进行配对分析;另配合功能独立性评定(FI M)评分法,于入院时及治疗后8周进行FI M评分对比。结果:两组患者入院时的BI值无显著性差异,治疗后4周、8周两组均有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗4周时两组BI值无显著性差异,治疗8周后恢复期组较后遗症期组有显著改善(P<0.05);两组FI M分级均有提高,但恢复期组的改善率明显高于后遗症期的(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者病情稳定后进行康复治疗均能提高日常生活能力,但应尽早进行,恢复期康复治疗效果优于后遗症期。

Rehabilitation therapeutic effect of stroke patients in recovery and sequela phase

Objective:To appraise and compare the rehabilitation therapeutic effect of stroke patients in recovery and sequela phrase.Methods:A total of 69 stroke patients were divided into recovery and sequela group according to onset time of stroke,and two groups both received normal rehabilitation therapy for 8 weeks.The two groups were assessed by Barthel index(BI)at admission and 4 week,8 week after admission,and the effect was compared between two groups.The functional independence measure(FIM)score were measured of these patients at admission and at time of 8 week after admission.Results:The BI scores of two group were no significant difference at admission(P>0.05),and significant improved on 4-week,8-week after admission(P<0.05).The modified BI scores of two group were no significant difference on 4-week,but the BI of recovery group was more than that of sequela group(P<0.05)on 8 week after admission(P<0.05).FIM scores improved in both groups,but the improvement was significantly higher in recovery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapy can improve stroke patients' activities of daily living of any phrase,and early normal rehabilitation therapy can facilitate function rehabilition significantly.
