腺性膀胱炎45例的诊断与治疗

目的　探讨腺性膀胱炎临床特征和诊治效果。方法　回顾性分析 45例腺性膀胱炎的临床资料。结果　 45例中 40例行经尿道电切术 (TUR) ,有效率 78.45% ;2例行膀胱部分切除后痊愈 ;保守治疗者 1例自然痊愈。 TUR术后病理发现伴局部恶变者 1例 ,7个月后行膀胱癌根治术。结论　膀胱镜检查结合活检对腺性膀胱炎早期诊断有重要意义 ;TUR加膀胱药物灌注是腺性膀胱炎的有效治疗方法

Diagnoses and Treatments of 45 Cases with Cystitis Glandularis

Objective To study the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods Data of 45 cases of cystitis glandularis were reviewed retrospectively.Results 40 cases were treated by transurethral resection(TUR),with effective rate being 78.4%;2 cases were cured by partial cystectomy;1 case was cured by conservative therapy.1 case was found local canceration after TUR and was operated by radical cystectomy.Conclusions Cystoscope examination together with pathologic biopsy was important in the early diagnosis of cystitis glandularis.Transurethral resection combined with bladder instillation of drug was the effective treatment.
