下颌第二磨牙远中邻面龋单面洞的修复

目的　单面洞修复下颌第二磨牙远中颈部龋减少牙体制备量 ,从而减少患牙折裂。方法　用玻璃离子粘固粉与牙体的黏结性对 2 0 0例下颌第二磨牙远中颈部龋行单面洞修复 ,其中 50例患牙伴有牙髓炎或者根尖周炎在颌面附加Ⅰ类洞型行根管治疗。结果　 2 0 0例患牙治疗后经一年随访 5例出现修复物脱落 ,5例患牙远中边缘折断。结论　以玻璃离子粘固粉修复下颌第二磨牙远中邻面龋能减少牙体制备量 ,避免银—汞合金对牙槽黏膜的刺激。

Clinical Observation of Caries of Distal Neck of Lower Second Molar Restorated with Singal Cavity

Purpose It can reduce teeth preparation that the caries of distal neck of lower second molar are restorated with single cavity.So they can reduce the teeth broken out. Methods Because glass ionomer have well bond to teeth.So the demand of cavity preparation of teeth are not strict.These teeth caries can be restorated with single cavity.They are preporated in the teeth incisalis facies to be treated with root canal therapy that 50 teeth in these teeth have pulpitis or apicitis. Results After a year there are five teeth's obturator fall off.The other five teeth axiodistoincisal broke out. Conclusions It can reduce teeth preparation with glass ionomer that caries of distial neck of lower second molar are restorated and without stimulate to menbrane.
