套扎吻合器痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术对混合痔患者的疗效观察及安全性分析

目的探讨套扎吻合器痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术对混合痔患者的疗效观察及安全性。方法我院肛肠外科收治的混合痔患者100例，套扎吻合器（RPH）行套扎吻合器痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术式50例（观察组），传统外剥内扎手术方式50例（对照组），观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后疼痛、出血、水肿、尿潴留、肛门坠胀、肛门直肠狭窄等术后主要并发症及满意度等。结果观察组治愈率为96．O％，高于对照组的94．0％，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和住院费用均明显低于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组（均P〈0．05）；观察组满意度为96．O％，明显高于对照组的84．O％（P〈0．05）。结论套扎吻合器痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术是治疗混合痔的一种安全有效方法，费用低、恢复快，值得临床推广。

Analysis on efficacy and safety of ligation stapler nevus mucosa ring dislocation ligation for mixed hemorrhoid patients

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ligation stapler nevus mucosa ring dislocation band ligation for patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 100 cases with mixed hemorrhoid admitted to the department of anus ＆ intestine surgery in our hospital were divided into an experimental group （50 cases） who would undergo ligation procedure for prolapse and ring dislocation ligation, and a control group （50 cases） who would be treated with the traditional Milligan Morgan operation mode. The operation time, the perioperative bleeding and postoperative pain, bleeding, edema, urinary retention, anus bulge, anal stenosis, the main complications of postoperative and satisfaction expansion, etc. , were examined. Findings The cure rate was 96% in the experimental group, higher than that of the control group whose cure rate was 94%. However, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） ; operation time, amount of bleedingduring operation, hospitalization time and hospital costs in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05） ; the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; The satisfaction rate was 96% in the experimental group, significantly higher than that of the control group, where the satisfaction rate was 84%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ligation procedure for prolapse and ring dislocation ligation can serve as a safe and effective method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids by shortening operation time, reducing bleeding and postoperative complications, lowering cost, and quickening recovery.
