摘    要:
目的:探索枸杞多糖(LBP)是否有抗脂质过氧化作用。方法:建立密闭缺氧的急性缺氧模式,采用NBT测定SOD活性、TBA测定MDA含量。结果:实验组与对照组织MDA含量有显著性差别,其余组织SOD、MDA虽无显著性差异,但实验组均有SOD活性升高,MDA含是下降的趋势。结论:LBP具有抗脂质过氧化作用的倾向。

Abstract:
Objective: TO reaseach LBP the action of agains lipid peroxide circumstances.Methods: To build sealed oxygen difficient circumstances, use NBT to measure SOD activity and use TBA to measure MDA content. Results: The experimental group conpared with the control group got significent diffirence on liver MDA content, other organizations was no significence on SOD activity and MDA content, but liver bldri and heart all had a direction of SOD activity increased and MDA content decreased on the experin1ented group. Conclusions: LBP have the effect of stopping lipid peroxidation.
