肾病综合征患儿生活质量研究

目的: 评估肾病综合征患儿的生活质量。方法: 采用程灶火编制的儿少主观生活质量问卷 (ISLQ) 对肾病综合征患儿的生活质量进行检查评定, 并与正常同龄儿童进行对比。结果: 病例组儿童的生活质量总体满意度、认知满意度和情感满意度均明显低于正常组儿童 (P<0 05)。除家庭生活维度的满意水平略高于正常组外, 其余各维度满意水平均低于正常组,其中学校生活、生活环境、自我认识、抑郁体验、躯体情感等 5个维度的满意水平明显低于对照组儿童, 其差别具有显著性意义 (P<0 05)。结论: 患儿组的生活质量明显低于正常组, 应对患儿进行包括心理干预的综合治疗。

Study on quality of life in children with nephrotic syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the quality of life in children with nephrotic syndrome Methods:The quality of life in children with nephrotic syndrome was assessed with Inventory of Subjective Life Quality for Children and Adolescent (ISLQ) edited by CHENG Zao-Huo and compared to that in normal children Results:The total degree of satisfaction, recognition and emotion satisfaction of life quality in patient children were significantly lower than those in healthy children ( P <0 05) The data in each satisfaction degree in patient children were lower than those in healthy children except the satisfaction degree of family life, thereinto, the degree of satisfaction in score of school life, life environment, self-cognition, depression practice and body emotion in patient children were significantly lower than those in healthy children ( P <0 05) Conclusion:The quality of life in patient children were significantly lower than that in healthy children, they should accept the comprehensive treatment involving psychological intervention
