治疗支气管肺发育不良的药物研究进展

支气管发育不良(BPD)是早产儿最严重的并发症之一,严重影响了早产儿的生存质量。随着新生儿重症监护技术的不断提高,治疗BPD的方法种类繁多,争议也颇多。适时地应用糖皮质激素能有效降低BPD的发病率;而单一使用肺表面活性物质仅能改善BPD的严重程度,却不能降低其发病率;维生素A对于治疗BPD具有肯定的疗效。现对不同的治疗方法现有的实验证据进行分析讨论,并提出可能更为有效的防治途径。

The Prograss of Treatments for Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia

Premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) is one of the most serious complications of newborn,it affected the quality of life in preterm children seriously. With the development of the technology in neonatal intensive care unit,there are more and more treatment for BPD,it has caused a heated debate on. Application of corticosteroids timely can reduce the incidence of BPD; and single use surfactant only to improve the severity of bronchopulmonary dysplasia,but can not reduce its incidence; vitamin A for the treatment of BPD has a positive effect. To analyze different treatments for getting more effective therapies in this paper.
