面部软组织创伤52例整形修复效果分析

目的：探讨面部软组织创伤整形修复的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2008年1月～2009年10月整形科门诊及住院的面部软组织创伤患者52例的病历资料。结果：本组52例术后全部Ⅰ期愈合,其中效果优良37例,占71.15%;不同创伤部位对修复效果无显著影响（P〉0.05）;不同创伤类型对修复效果有显著影响,其中切割伤修复效果显著优于其他创伤类型（P〈0.05）。结论：面部软组织创伤应遵循＂微创、美容＂的原则,尽可能按照解剖要求修复创面,以期达到最佳修复效果。

Effect analysis of facial soft tissue trauma in 52 Cases with plastic repairing

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of plastic repair in facial soft tissue trauma patients.Methods：52 cases medical records of facial soft tissue trauma patients from January 2008 to October 2009 were reviewed.Results：71.15% patients result was good;different wound sites on the fixed effects had no significant effect（P〉0.05）;different types of trauma result of prostheses had a significant effect,which cutting wound repair was better than other types of trauma （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The facial soft tissue injury should follow the ＂minimally invasive,cosmetic＂ principle,as far as possible in accordance with the anatomic repair of the wounds require to achieve the best recovery effect.
